You will review selections, finishes, and allowances so every choice is transparent and documented. This phase results in a comprehensive proposal that outlines your project clearly and helps you make confident decisions.

3 | Build With Care and Stay Informed

With contracts signed and permitting underway, your project moves into construction. A dedicated team manages scheduling, communication, and on site progress while Buildertrend keeps you informed with updates, photos, and budget tracking.
